Which newsletters come with which tier
The question staff get asked most. A member's tier decides which newsletters they are entitled to. FMS applies the matching tags in Mailchimp, and Consolidation repairs them if they drift.

How to read a member's situation
- Entitled but not receiving. Check their switches on the member page first. A member who turned a newsletter off stays off; nothing switches it back on for them. If the switches are on, run Consolidation check 9, System ↔ Mailchimp.
- Receiving something their tier does not include. Usually a tag left over from an old tier or a cancelled membership. Same check repairs it.
- A whole tier getting nothing. A tag name in the plan does not match the audience. Run Consolidation check 10, Mailchimp tag check.
Where this is set
Each plan carries its list of Mailchimp tags in Plans. The table above is the agreed mapping. The Apply canonical tags tool on the Plans screen resets every plan back to it. If you change a plan's tags by hand, this page is out of date until someone updates it.
