Find a member
You'll need
The member's name, or their email address — any part of either.
- Open Members. The search box (1) is at the top, New member (2) at the right, and the Teams tab (3) beside it.

- Owners also see Import from WordPress beside New member. It opens the migration uploads. See Import and verify members.
- Type any part of a name or an email address in Search. The list filters as you type. A previous email address matches too. Every character counts as itself: a
_is an underscore and a%a percent sign, not "anything". Press × in the box to clear it.
- Click the name, the email, or the arrow at the end of the row to open that person's page.

Filtering the list
Search has its own row at the top. Under it sit the filters, left to right. Each one narrows the list further. Clear filters above the list resets them all.
| Filter | Choose |
|---|---|
| Status | Active, Lapsed (had a membership, none now) or Never subscribed. |
| Tier | What was sold. See the table below. |
| Billing | Card (paid by card through Stripe or Opn) or Bank transfer. |
| Team | Team admins, Team seats or Individuals (on no team). Everyone turns it off. |
| Joined | A From day, a To day, or both. Each opens a date picker. Both days count. |
A To day before the From day shows a red note under the dates. Fix one of the days.
Free memberships have no Billing choice. Use Tier → Whitelisted or Tier → Community only.
Filtering by tier
The Tier filter answers "how many do we have, and are we paid for them".
| Choose | You get |
|---|---|
| Friend · Follower · Fanatic | Only memberships somebody paid for, by card or bank transfer. |
| Whitelisted | Every free membership we granted, whatever tier it is on. |
| Community only | People on the free plan and nothing above it. |
A free Follower is not a Follower here
Somebody given a free Follower membership appears under Whitelisted, never under Follower. No money came in for them, so counting them as a Follower would overstate what we are paid for. Team seats belong to their employer's plan and count as neither.
Reading a row
- Name · Email shows the member's name with their email under it. A member with no name shows the email alone. Click either heading to sort by it.
- Membership shows when the membership started, and under it when it ends — or open-ended when nothing expires.
- Billing says how it is paid for: Card, Bank transfer, Whitelisted, Community, or Team seat. A Team admin mark means they run a team. A Gift mark means somebody bought this membership for them.
- Renew and Stop act on the row without opening the member. They appear only when the person has exactly one paid or granted membership — with several, open the member instead, where each one is listed separately.
Members still on PMPro
During the move from the old membership plugin, members not yet handed over carry an On PMPro badge. Renew and Stop are greyed out on their row. While some members are still on PMPro and others on FMS, a Served by filter appears after Joined. Choose On PMPro or On FMS. Once everyone is on one side it goes away. A held member's page shows a yellow Still on PMPro box, and membership changes wait until they are handed over. See Hand everyone over to FMS.
"200 of 1,234"
The list shows the newest 200 matches, but it tells you how many matched altogether. Narrow the filters to see the rest, or use Reports → Subscribers to export the whole set.
The matches show ten to a page. Use the arrows and page numbers under the list to move through them, or choose 25, 50 or 100 under Rows per page. The # column keeps counting across pages, so row 11 is the first on page two. Changing a filter goes back to page one.
Reading the member page
Everything about one person sits on this page: their memberships, their teams, the address they sign in with, their newsletters, and a notes log.

Each membership row ends with a ⋯ button. Press it for what you can do with that membership.
| Choose | To |
|---|---|
| Edit dates | Change when a free or paid-outside-Stripe membership starts and ends. |
| Payment method | Say how a paid-outside-Stripe membership is paid, and when the money arrived. |
| Record payment | Record money that arrived outside Stripe. |
| Renew | Add one more term to a free or bank-paid membership. |
| Change plan | Move the member to another plan. |
| Move to Stripe billing | Have Stripe invoice a free or bank-paid member. |
| Stop | End the membership. |
The menu lists only what your role can do with that membership. A card membership usually offers Change plan and Stop. A stopped membership has no ⋯ button at all.
Searching finds the login address only
If someone changed their email, search the new one. The old address is in the notes log if whoever changed it wrote it down.
