Newsletters

Members choose their own newsletters here.

A member switching a newsletter off is final. Nothing FMS does later switches it back on. If a member says they still get something they turned off, check whether they turned off a different newsletter from the one they are receiving.

Invoices

Their own payment history.

Read-only, and only covers payments taken through Stripe. A bank transfer recorded by staff does not appear here.

Changing login details

Email address, password, name.

A member can change their own email. Doing so changes the address they sign in with, exactly like doing it from the admin side.

Cancelling

Nothing happens until the button is pressed.

Cancelling ends the paid membership. The member keeps free Community access. Somebody on a team seat is sent to the team page instead, because only the team admin can change a team.
